boo ya baby..

there's many birthdays this month, so i'll start of by wishing my friends=)
happy birthday to:
melissa wufang
farah selatra
shaifuddin
and happy belated birthday to atie (endang dikir)...

intensive training has started for both wushu and silat...and because of that im aching all over..especially my legs...coach has been giving us circuit trainings recently, and its damn tiring...imagine 100 frog jumps...and it doesnt stop there...there's more..im totally out of steam and i still gotta werk tmr=(

anyway..saw this sumwhere:
